Billy Bonkel Review

I bought a copy of this book for a friend but ended up reading it on the tube on the way home. I regret to say I don't feel ashamed about it - it was excellent. Joyce is an entertaining story teller and his vivid imagination brings this absorbing book to life, while at the heart of the tale lie good values and principles, which make it easy to recommend to parents and children alike. A very promising debut. I can think of a few people ideal for playing the part of "Fat Cat" in the film adaptation if the author needs some help!
